DESCRIPTION:Kat’s Backyard Film Fest is one installment of Backyard Shenanigans\, an annual summer series of interactive art experiences hosted in a backyard setting that cultivates community & creative connections. This is Backyard Shenanigans’ first film festival and the event will open with an open mic. Submissions are due May 15th.  \n\nThe festival starts June 14. \nAll genres/forms accepted. Seeking narratives\, documentaries\, music videos\, animation\, and experimental works. Applicants should be 18 and over. \nFilm entries should not exceed 45 minutes. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDue to the 50th year anniversary of Buffalo’s Juneteenth Festival Celebration\, priority will be given to Black Buffalo-based filmmakers.
