Tuesday, March 25, 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.: Tuesday Night Open Mic Series at the Em Tea Coffeecup Café. All are welcome whether new to poetry or a long-time member of the community. 80 Oakgrove Ave., Buffalo, NY. Free and open to the public.
Friday, March 28, 6 p.m.: Fourth Friday Reading Series at Dog Ears Books. This month’s featured readers are Connie Joyce and Tim Joyce. Additional reading slots available. Dog Ears Bookstore and Cafe, 688 Abbott Road, 2nd floor, in Buffalo. Admission to the event is $5. Proceeds benefit the Dog Ears Bookstore, a 501 c (3) not-for-profit organization.
Friday, March 28, 8:30 pm.: Ground & Sky Poetry open Mic at Caffe Aroma hosted by Joel Lesses. 957 Elmwood Ave., Buffalo. Free and open to the public.
Saturday, March 29, 7 p.m. to midnight: Poets performing as part of the TRIMANIA_REBOOT, the much-anticipated return of the iconic Buffalo Arts Studio fundraiser and community art party after a seven year hiatus featuring live bands, DJs, dancers, performers, poets, visual artists, and more transforming all six floors of the Tri-Main Center. The poets slated to read and perform include:

9:15 – 10:00: City of Buffalo poet laureate Aitina Fareed-Cooke, who also performs as A.I. The Anomaly.

8:30 – 9:15 Pure Ink Poetry Showcase, part one, featuring members of the Pure Ink Poetry ensemble and 2024 Pure Ink Poetry Slam team including Brandon Williamson, Yamilla Tate, Jheanelle Kerr, Dallas Taylor, Ben Brindise and J.B. Stone.
9:30 – 10:15 Pure Ink Poetry Showcase, part two
10:30 – 11:15 Pure Ink Poetry Showcase & Open Mic
