Buffalo Dance: Rhythms of the World

Rhythms of the World is a three-day dance festival in Buffalo, New York, designed to bring people together through movement, culture, learning, and community. Now in its third year, the festival has grown into a dynamic experience that welcomes dancers of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels.
What makes Rhythms of the World unique is our intentional approach to community engagement. We believe that dance should be accessible to everyone, which is why the festival offers programming for both children and adults simultaneously. Families can learn, explore, and grow together while participating in classes and experiences designed specifically for their age group and interests.
The festival proudly highlights the incredible talent found right here in Western New York. All instructors are local artists, educators, and culture bearers who are deeply invested in strengthening our regional arts community. By showcasing local talent, Rhythms of the World creates opportunities for participants to build lasting connections, support regional artists, and discover the richness of dance and cultural traditions that exist in our own backyard.
Join us in Buffalo for three days of dance, discovery, and community as we celebrate the rhythms that connect us all.
