Adventures in Improvisation is a weekend music workshop for everyone that uses improvisation as a means of self-expression, healing, and community building
Whether you are a singer-songwriter, a table drummer, a shower singer, a trained musician, or someone who just loves music, come discover the fun and joy of improvised music! Join Music for People and the Buffalo Creative Music Group for a powerful workshop where we will explore the joyful healing practice of musical improvisation. Through simple exercises, non-judgmental activities and a supportive community, you’ll discover how spontaneous music-making can enhance your personal creativity and foster emotional well-being.

Free Intro Session: May 29, 2026 – 7:00 pm-8:30 pm
Workshop: May 30, 2026 – 9 am-5 pm & May 31, 2026 – 10 am-1 pm
