All sales are final. If the event is cancelled or postponed, ticketholders will be contacted directly with instructions. Will Call tickets are available at the box office on the night of the show.

🚫  Is re-entry allowed?

No re-entry. Once you leave the venue, you will not be permitted back in. Plan accordingly!

🎒  What’s the bag policy?

Large bags and backpacks are not permitted. All personal items are subject to security search at the door. Travel light!

🚗  Where do I park?

Parking is available in the main lot at Buffalo RiverWorks. Rates vary depending on the event. Arriving early is always a good idea.

🪑  Is there seating?

Buffalo RiverWorks is primarily a General Admission, standing-room venue. Limited seating is available but not all seats have a direct view of the stage. ADA seating is first-come, first-served — contact the box office in advance for accommodations.

🚬  Smoking & vaping policy

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors per New York State law. A designated outdoor smoking area is at the rear of the building.

📸  Can I take photos or record?

Photography and recording policies are set by the performing artist and vary per show. Check with venue staff on the night of the event for specific rules.

An on-site ATM is available and coat check is offered for most events. Music typically begins about one hour after doors open.
