WNY Theater: TURN — Off Off Off Broadway world premiere at the Spire Theater

TURN, written by Angelo Valentino Giuffré, makes its Off Off Off Broadway World Premiere at The Spire Theater in Jamestown, NY with six performances running May 29 through June 7, 2026.
Blending Broadway storytelling with Latin rhythms, theatrical comedy, emotional ballads, funk, soul, pop, and rock, TURN follows Anthony, a shy young man whose first heartbreak unexpectedly pulls him into the worlds of music, dance, language, performance, ambition, and self discovery.
What begins as a search for love becomes a powerful story about family, friendship, artistic passion, and the cost of chasing applause. Along the way Anthony encounters eccentric teachers, dreamers, performers, lifelong friends, and Nelly, the woman who becomes both his closest collaborator and emotional anchor as the two rise from rehearsal halls to the bright lights of the stage.
Filled with high energy ensemble numbers, heartfelt emotional moments, comedy, dance, and an original score, TURN is a theatrical celebration of the messy, beautiful journey of growing up and finding your rhythm in life.
