Jay Aquarious, Caitlin Steitzer and AK are the guests on the most recent flurry of podcasts from Benjamin Joe has and Max Fisher.

• Jay Aquarious came on the pod a few weeks back with tales of performances in Times Square, thoughts on the good points of Buffalo, and the bad, as well as his musical background from childhood, like it or not!

• 2. Caitlin Steitzer is the founder of Good Practice Therapy and, in another life, was a social worker living in New York City during the pandemic.
  
  After visiting the City of Good Neighbors, she and her partner moved here with the heavy conviction that it was “not just the mushrooms” and they really liked it in Buffalo.
  
  Caitlin talked to us about anti-capitalism therapy, musical improvs, and the act of creation as a therapy tool. She said she really likes it in Buffalo and looks forward to meeting more folks here. Listen to the interview on BMP.

  AK is and has been an artist in Buffalo since 2011 and is excited to continue the journey with a tattoo apprenticeship! It’s a tough job, but AK is the one to do it.
  
  Speaking of the journey toward what could be a career, or maybe more like a lifestyle, AK talked about coming to Buffalo from school and getting involved in the art communities. Names are mentioned, like Bif Bifaro of Nervous Tick and the Zipper Lips, who provided index cards for a much-needed owl drawing, and more.
