If you enjoy pop, rock, blues, jazz, R & B – any popular music really – then you enjoy African drums. In 400 years western music has incorporated African rhythms so completely that we may have forgotten where they came from.

In “African Rhythm Journey,” Tiffany Nicely, Diaspora Drumming, and the Fredonia African Drumming Ensemble present an original take on traditional West African rhythms. The event also includes a tour of WNED’s TV and radio studios.
