The Local Lo-Down: We Were Blank

The Local Lo-Down is produced by students at SUNY Fredonia’s student-run radio station, Fredonia Radio Systems. Each week, the crew features performers from the Fredonia music community and from the wider Western New York music scene.

For this episode, The Local Lo-Down team interviewed local group We Were Blank, a four member band taking inspiration from midwest emo and emo revival genres. The group recently released a new single, titled “Basement” on Feb. 14, and currently has over 1,300 monthly listeners on Spotify.

We are proud to feature episodes of The Local Lo-Down on The Buffalo Hive.
