Hallwalls invited 36 incredible artists as they host their 26th live drawing rally. Experience two fast-paced 450minute rounds of drawing from artists like AJ Fries, Patrick Foran, Dana Tyrrell and more, as well as music and bar! This year’s event honors Executive Director Ed Cardoni and his commitment, dedication, and passion for everything he has done in Hallwall’s past and for future generations of artists. Frani Evedon creates a powerful and personal translation of the artist’s experience of heroin addiction and Hep C, as well as the promise of a “cure.” A heavy subject but with a visual impact that gets the viewer thinking, feeling and realizing a long, usually untold journey through photography.
